I grew up with a big family in Jacksonville, Florida but found a love for Connecticut after living in many states around the country. I found a home in the hospitality industry early in my career because it afforded me the opportunity to make a living while also going to school. I love to learn and have a Masters in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Bachelors in Literature and in Criminal Justice. I also enjoy music, food, and beer with my favorite people which is part of what makes working at Elicit such a great fit. When I’m not at work you will undoubtedly find me in the gym lifting weights or at a local cafe drinking coffee.

Drew Riccitelli, born beside the river, is one of our great managers here at Elicit. Just like that river, he has been running ever since. If he is not at work, you can find him dabbling in many of the action sports this world has to offer. An adventurer at heart; Drew, constantly seeks adrenaline and is always pushing for the next level of stoke. Drew hopes to someday run the Iditarod. If you see him at the brewery, be sure to throw him a shacka and get psyched.

Adam Calderone grew up in Newtown, CT and graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Photography. For the past 10 years Adam has worked in the beer industry where he began his career in sales, until he discovered his passion for brewing and spent the last 4 and half years as a Brewer at Captain Lawrence Brewing Company in Westchester, NY. Adam enjoys creating his own recipes and likes to think outside of the box when doing so. Currently his favorite style of beer to brew are Lagers, but he enjoys drinking every style. He looks forward to using his passion and knowledge to contribute to Elicit’s offerings and hopes to share a pint with you soon!

Emily has always been a foodie who loves to explore restaurants, breweries and distilleries alike, but rather than joining the industry, she spent her early career in radio.  For eight years, she sold events and sponsorships for four major Hartford Market radio stations.  

When she heard that a new brewery called Elicit was taking over the old Adam's Mill, she knew she wanted to be a part of the new and innovative venue.  At Elicit, she continued her event career as the Private Events Sales Director, helping guests throw corporate events to birthday parties to everything in between.  

Now, she has moved into a new role as Marketing and Branding Director and is excited to continue to promote all that is "Elicit".

Favorite Beer:  Eligible Bachelor for its smooth, malty flavor and easy to drink ABV of only 4.5%.

Favorite thing about Elicit:  Seeing frequent guests bring their family/friends for the first time to Elicit and watching them give a tour and talk about how much they love it here.
